Peter Lieven 562dd46833 PDU avoid incrementing itt to 0xffffffff ...

This patch avoid incrementing itt to 0xffffffff which is
a reserved value for immediate pdus. Avoid incrementing
it to 0xfffffff to avoid unexpected behaviour.
