Ronnie Sahlberg da4496a232 Add create/remove lun helpers to the test suite

Add better helpers to allow creating multiple LUNs for the tests and to
set the size of the luns.

The tests require that TGTD version 1.0.58 or later is installed.

To run the tests:
  make test
