Add comprehensive bits=8 model testing suite

- AllModelsBitsTest: Test all 6 models (E4B/12B/31B/E2B/26B-Standard/26B-A4B)
- Bits8ModelsTest: Focus on bits=8 support verification
- ExpectedOutputs: Test data and expected results

✅ All tests passed: 0 NaN 0 Inf
✅ bits=8 support fully validated for 26B-A4B
✅ bits=4 support validated for all other models
