Warren dc217e8903 Fix startup script: use ssh-start instead of ssh-server-start ...

Fixes command name in start_services.sh:
- ssh-server-start → ssh-start (correct CLI command)

Verified by running:
  cargo run --bin markbase-core -- --help | grep ssh
