- 原实现缺少bits=8 Metal kernel

||
- Swift层面未正确传递bits参数

1. 创建5个bits=8专用Metal kernels

2. Swift层面6处关键修复(bits参数传递)

3. moeMegaKernel禁用bits=8硬编码逻辑
